Join us for a full day of fun & fellowship in the sun at the day-use area at Devon Lions Campground which includes a ball diamond, BBQ grounds, playground, and a pavilion! Click here for a map to the exact location at the campground.
We will have a service at 10:30 am including testimonies from those being baptized, followed by baptisms in the North Saskatchewan River. There will be a BBQ, ice cream included! Stay for games in the afternoon such as baseball, volleyball & soccer. There will also be some guided hikes and relaxing down by the river.
The day is completely free, but if you are able to help out, a donation bucket will be set up to help cover costs.
Items to note:
- Once in the campground, follow the blue & orange balloons
- Online service will be unavailable due to the location
- Contact Pastor Tim if transportation is an issue and a ride will be provided
- Leashed dogs are welcome
Please bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket as well as your favorite lawn games.

Schedule of Events:
10:30 AM - Service & Baptisms
The day begins with a worship service, including personal testimonies from those being baptized. Baptisms will follow in the beautiful North Saskatchewan River.
BBQ Lunch & Ice Cream
Enjoy a BBQ lunch (ice cream included!) and stay for an afternoon of games like baseball, volleyball, and soccer. There will also be guided hikes and opportunities to relax by the river.
Cost: FREE!
However, if you'd like to contribute, a donation bucket will be available to help cover expenses.
