In light of the provincial state of public health emergency and accompanying new public health measures the Leadership & Pastoral Team will enforce the following protocols in care and love for one another and also as an act of obedience as commanded by 1 Peter 3. As per AHS public health mandates, masks (age 3+) and physical distancing between households are required during this time. Masks may only be briefly removed while actively drinking or eating (while seated & distanced) or taking part in a religious exercise such as communion.
If you are unable to wear a face covering due to a health condition, as determined by an authorized medical professional (please refer to COE Bylaw for approved list), we’d ask you to present a medical exemption letter dated within 12 months to our Lead Pastor at least 24hr prior to attending an indoor public event. Once confirmed, you will not be required to wear a mask at future indoor public gatherings. You'll be given a River West name tag to designate you as mask exempt.
We firmly believe that despite the conditions in which we worship, we are united in our love for God and for each other. We continue to hope that we can be examples of care and concern for each other and for our community through this step.
Please note that Children's Ministry will be limited to Ages 4-10 and they will be dismissed during the Connection Break.
Thank you for your continued grace as we navigate this time together. We look forward to seeing you (either in-person or online) on Sunday!
If you have any questions or concerns, please message Pastor Tim.
